Instructions for MIB Users:

To save price update files to your computer:

1. Go to your desktop and create a new folder by right clicking in a blank spot (not on an icon) and selecting “New” and then “Folder”.

2. When you create this new folder name it “PriceUpdates”.

3. Now go back to the webpage with the price updates and look for the column for MIB users. You will see a listing of files named JCA.01 thru JCA.08.

4. Click on the JCA.01 file name and it will open in a new window. At the top of this window you will see the word 'File'.

5. Click on the word 'File' and then 'Save As'.

6. When you do this a screen will come up asking you where to save this file.

7. At the top of this screen (circled in red) where it says 'Save in:' click the blue drop down button to the right and then choose desktop. Once you do this you will see your PriceUpdates file listed.

Double click the Price Updates folder. The 'Save in:' box should now read 'PriceUpdates'.

Now look at the bottom of that box. There are 3 selection boxes, 'File name' 'Save as type' and 'Encoding'. Look in the section that says 'Save as type' if it already says Text File then just click Save.  If it has something OTHER than Text file use the drop down button to the right and change the selection to Text File and then click the Save button.  Once you have saved the file you can close that window.

Now go back to the webpage with the price files listed and click on each file name (JCA2-JCA8) and repeat steps 4 and 5. When you get to step 6 it SHOULD already have your PriceUpdates folder listed in the 'Save in' section and all you will have to do is click save. If it does NOT have 'PriceUpdates' in the 'Save in' section then repeat step 6 and 7.

Follow these same steps until you have all 8 files downloaded. Once you have created the PriceUpdates file you won't have to do that step every month. You would just start with step 3 and when you go to Save the files you will get a message saying you already have a file by that name and do you want to replace it. You will click yes on each one to replace the old files with the new files.
